Ambulance The CG-Lock has been warmly welcomed in the rescue team vehicles at various racing circuits around the UK. One such group is the Dragon Motorsport Rescue Team in Mid Glamorgan. We are keen to sponsor rescue teams with complimentary CG-Locks, as we have had feedback that they really help in emergencies in keeping occupants firmly in their seats… ideal for the paramedics and helping to keep the circuits as safe as possible for all drivers.

The CG-Lock is currently being assessed by UK and US Highway Patrol Police teams as the benefits of the CG-Lock will greatly benefit the demanding driving needed by these highly trained driving professionals. Here is what Steve Ashley, retired Policeman and now driver trainer, had to say about the CG-Lock:

“Slip and Slide No More - Being firmly planted in your seat helps to control your vehicle.

Police Car Every officer that has been in a pursuit or other precision driving situation has experienced the difficulty of staying firmly planted in the driver seat when the patrol vehicle is being manoeuvred through tight turns and the like. Even with a safety belt on–which should always be the case–it’s pretty easy to start sliding around. I’ve been experimenting with a simple device that helps to reduce unwanted movement while driving–the CG-Lock. I’ve had one installed in my personal vehicle for the past few weeks, trying it out. I did try some rapid cornering and other manoeuvring that would have normally left me feeling like I was floating in my seat. I absolutely felt more stable, and in better control of my vehicle.”
